Pricing:
Prices of in-stock items are as shown; prices for special orders are by request. All prices are subject to change without notice.  Your purchase will not be finalized at a different price without your approval.

Payment Information:
We accept bank wires, PayPal, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover (Master Card), and personal checks. Credit card payments are subject to verification and may require additional authorization.  All orders must ship to the billing address, for your protection.

Shipping and Insurance:
Many of our catalog pieces are one-of -a-kind or limited edition pieces and necessarily subject to prior sale.  We will notify you within 48 hours if your purchase is ready to ship in 2-7 days.  If the item is not available, we will automatically issue a full refund. *Items do not ship until funds have cleared.

Shipments are sent USPS Express fully insured for overnight delivery and a signature is required by the post office. We do not charge any shipping fees for orders placed online through the shopping cart. All items must ship to the billing address, for your protection.

Items shipped domestically and valued over $10,000 must be paid by Bank Wire. Items shipped outside the U.S. and valued over $5,000 must be paid by Bank Wire. We do not ship to PayPal unconfirmed addresses.

International Orders:
International shipments can customarily be arranged.  Please note: we cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. You may wish to contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the full value that you paid for your items on the shipment. 

Returns:
We will refund any purchase that is returned to Aaron Faber, in the original condition as shipped from Aaron Faber Gallery within five business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Please insure your return shipment for the purchase price. You do pay for shipping and insurance on returned merchandise.

Exchanges:
We will issue store credit or exchange any merchandise that is returned to us in original condition as shipped within 30 calendar days. Again, please insure your return shipment for the purchase price. You do pay for shipping and insurance on returned merchandise.

Special Orders:
Special orders need to be confirmed by E-mail or fax and are not returnable. We want you to be happy with your order, so we will review it with you carefully before you make a commitment. A 50% deposit is required on all special orders before work commences. Please be assured that we create hundreds of special orders annually for very satisfied clients. Warranties:
Our jewelry is guaranteed to be as stated: the period, the materials and the manufacturer - or we will refund your money. There is no warranty on the jewelry itself but we, like you, expect it to stand up to normal wear and tear unless otherwise advised.

Here are the basics: opals are delicate, enamel is fragile, pearls cannot be exposed to hair spray or chemicals, emeralds should never be subjected to heat or sonic cleaning, no one can drop their jewelry without expecting an unpleasant outcome, no weight-lifting with those rings, and, should the jewelry be serviced outside Aaron Faber, we simply have no way to provide support afterwards.

All our vintage timepieces are warranted for 18 months to an accuracy of 2 minutes per 24 hours. All our watches are serviced before you buy them, but adjustments are often necessary for vintage timepieces. We will pay one way shipping on website purchases for one adjustment. For all adjustment returns, you must send notification of the return along with the tracking number of the insured package to service@aaronfaber.com.  All adjustments within the 18 month warranty are free, but subject to shipping and insurance fees.

Our timepiece warranty does not cover the outer or cosmetic parts of the watch (crystal, band, crown/stem, bezel, polishes or finishes). The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, accidental or intentional misuse or abuse or damage caused by exceeding the manufacturer’s specifications for water resistance.
