Charming 18K Patek Philippe navette shape dress watch, circa 1920's, with engraved wheat motif on bezel and side of case, diamonds set in platinum, and 14K yellow gold mesh bracelet, added later, probably to replace a worn grosgrain or satin fabric strap. Case and movement signed Patek Philippe, 6-1/2 long, case 16mm x 47mm.
