This early two part oval brooch by Tod Pardon is one of the few abstract compositions in his oeuvre. 2-1/2" x 1-3/4", it is constructed in two parts in sterling silver, joined by a 14K gold rod, and inlaid with pigmented glass, wood, bone and turquoise and set with gemstones: amethyst, blue topaz and tsavorite garnet.
