Stainless steel Omega Seamaster Megaquartz 32 KHz, Ref. ST396.0816/196.0022, circa 1976, is a tonneau-shaped, center seconds, water-resistant, stainless steel quartz wristwatch with day, date and an integral stainless steel Omega bracelet and deployant clasp. The 38mm x 48mm case has correctors for seconds and date recessed in band, and screw-down back with Seamaster logo. The pewter color dial features a mirror-polished center and faceted, inclined mirror-polished indexes and luminous dots, outer minute/seconds division on matte silver reserve, Omega logo on red medallion at 12 o'clock, apertures for the day and date, and luminous steel baton hands. The movement is calibré 1310, with quartz standardization, 8 jewels, warrantied by Aaron Faber for 12 months, a great retro 70's watch.
