Movado Chiclet Watch

Sterling silver Movado chronometer 'chiclet' pocket and purse watch, with dedication dated 1928, features a gunmetal finish outer case, measuring 1-1/2" w x 1-1/4" h when closed, that opens to reveal a square matte silver dial with luminous painted Arabic numerals, silhouette hands, time-setting crown at top. The watch open measures 2-3/4" and is dedicated "To Rudy From Art Jones Nov-24-28" attributed to Rudy Vallee, who opened the Brooklyn Paramount Theatre with other rising stars on that date.
