French designer Alain Silberstein was ahead of the curve in the 1990's when he designed this fabulous steel-and-diamond pave watch, 32mm diameter and 11mm deep, with automatic movement, skeleton back, tri-color leather band, and pushers and crown set with diamonds, rubies and sapphires.
