Rare antique 18K yellow gold one-button pulse-rate chronograph, circa 1880's, was made in Tiffany & Co's Swiss watch studio, which closed in the 1890's. The engraved gilt movement is signed 'Tiffany & Co New York'. Enamel dial with subsidiary seconds register at 9 o'clock, blued steel hour and minute hands and arrow-tipped chronograph hand that times one minute. In good condition, some repair to dial.
