The iconic Rolex 'Prince' design was introduced in the 1920's, with its rectangular Art Deco style, and evolved in many sought-after versions through the 1950's. This model, the ref. 3937, was introduced in the 1940's, with its stylized curved lugs and more streamlined rectangular case, as well as an 18J movement. This Prince is 14K gold, with the signature oversize subsidiary seconds dial, which caused it often to be referred to as the Rolex 'doctor's watch'. In excellent condition.
