18K yellow gold Cartier Paris tank wristwatch is a women’s mechanical Cartier, circa 1970’s, with 18K pink gold Cartier deployant buckle. The 21mm x 28mm rectangular case has screws on the band to fix the case back, gold screwed bars, and cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown. The white enamel dial features painted radial Roman numerals, and blued steel sword hands. The mechanical manual wind movement, 17 jewels, is warrantied by Aaron Faber for 12 months.
