Dazzling Spectrolite Brooch/Pendant

Extraordinary goldsmithing, as well as design, make this pin/pendant from Peter Schmid of Atelier Zobel a special find. The 2-1/4″ diameter brooch is set at center with a cabochon rectangular spectrolite, its luminosity shining in shifting coloration of green, gray, blue and yellow, set in 22K gold. The surrounding sunburst patterned 24K gold on oxidized sterling is dazzling, the the 24K gold dust and rays catching and reflecting the light, accented with 0.24 carats diamond melée.
