Yellow gold-filled Elgin Railroad Grade 571 pocket watch circa 1879, the movement in crisp beautiful condition.. The 50mm case has a screw-down back and polished band, with diamond-patterned bezels. The white enamel overglazed dial features bold Arabic numerals, outer minute dot numerals and 5-minutes triangle markers, sunken sub-seconds, blued steel “Heavy Spade” hands. The movement is 16 size, three-quarter plate nickel, 21jewels, warrantied by Aaron Faber for 12 months. These visually stunning railroad watches are as well made as they are handsome.
