Hamilton Ref. 6230 Quartz Re-Issue Flight II, Circa 1990’s
In the 1990’s, Hamilton re-issued a quartz version of one of their rarest asymmetrics, the Flight II Ref. 6230. The case measures 30mm x 34mm, with a gold electroplate top and stainless steel back, with integrated textured pattern on lug and bezel, offset crown, and stainless snap back
The silver sunburst dial features black cross-hair pattern and applied yellow gold dot and Arabic markers, yellow gold dauphine hour/minute hands, with gold baton sweep seconds hand. The quartz movement is warrantied by Aaron Faber for 1 year. This watch is a registered reproduction of the avant-garde, boomerang-shaped Flight II Hamilton introduced in 1960. The quartz reissue was produced from 1993 to 1997.
