Tod Pardon's 2005 'Unatopa', a brooch and sculpture brooch in sterling silver in Tod’s classic technique of pigmented inlay, the complex patterning set also with wood, turquoise and pearls.The pin measures 1-3/8" at the widest by 5-1/2" high. Accompanied by wooden stand, 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 4", to display when not being worn.

Tod Pardon (1952 – ) creates jewelry that reflects the myriad intellectual and visual influences for the artist of the twenty-first century. His anthropomorphic brooches and sculpture are strongly influenced by African sculpture, imagery and color; by contemporary pop culture, including video, music and computer graphics; by the influences of Modernism and Surrealism; and directly or indirectly by the artistic career of his father, Earl Pardon.
