Diamond covered cocktail watch, approx. 10 carats total weight, of full-cut marquise and single-cut round and baguette diamonds,most G-H/VS-SI, set in platinum. Circa 1950, by Matthey Tissot, Swiss maker founded in 1886, and very active in the women's watch arena at the turn of the 20th century. The diamond-covered top is 25mm at the widest, the diamond set bracelet is 10mm, and the length is 6.5" long. Safety chain. The 17 jewel manual wind movement is warrantied by Aaron Faber for two years.
