Ginny Whitney's post-modern geometric enamels are one-of-a-kind, this one a study in bold white, black, and red, deconstructed geometries as color fields, all executed in cloisonné enamel, painted in many layers, each one fired in the kiln, then finished with hand stone-grinding to achieve the matte finish that allows the colors to dominate. Set in oxidized sterling silver, with silver fragments, overall diameter, 1-5/8".
