18K yellow and white textured gold day/night earrings from Marco Borghesi are accented at top with diamond, 0.08cts tw, with faceted wine-red oval garnets at bottom. The stepped 1/4" x 1-1/4" long on their own, 1-5/8" length overall. The garnet drops are removable.
