Marco Borghesi's sculpture for the hand: a 13mm South Sea pearl at center, surrounded by curves of oxidized sterling, 18K gold, and 0.999 pure gold textured finish. The three-dimensional ring is accented with 0.12 cts diamond, D/IF, measures 7/8" x 1-1/2" x 1/2" above the hand. The chank is 5/8" wide, ring size 9.25.
