Marco Borghesi's trompe l'oeil ring is constructed of 18K gold in a textured lattice design, set with 4 small diamonds and topped with a rutilated quartz pyramid to create a trompe l'oeil effect as the perspective changes. the ring measures 7/8" x 1-1/4" x1/2" above the hand. tw 0.04 diamonds. Marco's ring adjusts within three sizes and is size 8.
