18K rose gold Patek Philippe Ref. 5270R Grand Complication, complete, circa 2016 is a manual wind perpetual moonphase calendar chronograph. The 41mm case, water-resistant to 30mm, has two backs, the see-through one shown and a solid 18K gold back. The paline silvery dial has rose gold leaf hands, Patek strap with 18K gold deployant buckle. The movement indicates day, date, month, year and day/night in apertures, date by hand, and has a 55 hour power reserve.
