18K gold and steel Patek Philippe circa 1940, is a square 26mm 'staybrite' stainless steel case with hooded rose gold lugs, copper colored dial with painted and applied white gold numerals, white hands and subsidiary seconds register. Back dedication is dated 1942. The 18 jewel manual wind movement is warrantied by Aaron Faber for 2 years and the case, dial and movement are signed.
