Stainless steel Rolex Ref. 1500 Oyster Perpetual Date, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, circa 1964, is a center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with date, on a crocodile leather strap. The 35mm case is polished and brushed, with a screwed-down case back and crown, inclined polished bezel, and crystal with cyclops lens. The silver sunburst dial features applied luminous steel tapered baton indexes and luminous dots, aperture for the date, and luminous steel sword hands. The movement is calibre 3035, 27 jewels, hack mechanism, warrantied by Aaron Faber for 2 years. Accompanied by original Chronmeter certificate.
