Tahitian Pearl and Quartz Ring

Bernd Munsteiner's 'Symbolon' sculpture series is manifested here in an elegant, tapering torpedo of quartz crystal speckled with dark flecks of micah which, under certain angles of light, give off enchanting reflections of translucent purple. This hand-carved, 17. 1 ct stone is paired with a 10 mm pearl of luminous, grey-violet hue, for a contrasting yet balanced composition set in 18K yellow gold. Together, the settings measure 7/8" across, and the quartz has a length of 1 3/8". A true work of art to be worn on the finger.
