Tod Pardon is inspired by African sculpture, imagery and color and by the work of his father Earl Pardon.  He uses a great variety of precious materials, including sterling silver, gold, enamel, exotic woods, gemstones and colorful glass resin to create powerful sculpture-like forms.  Tod has exhibited his work at the SOFA exhibition (Chicago & New York) and in a one-man exhibition at the Hyde Collection Museum.  His work is in the permanent collections of American Craft Museum NYC, Arkansas Arts Center Decorative Arts Museum, and Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian National Art Museum in Washington, D.C.
