Elgin 1970’s Automatic Diver’s Watch

Designed as diver’s watch, this stainless steel Elgin Ref. 1501 is a 1970’s day-date automatic with bracelet. The cushion-form case measures 43mm diameter, top crown rotates the internal 60 minute black timing bezel and bottom crown winds and sets the watch. The silver dial has applied steel baton hour indexes, day and date aperture at 3, white center second sweep hand. The movement is self-winding, 17 jewels, with day-date display; standard quick-set date function when crown is pulled out to the first setting position; time setting in second position; 21,600 BPH; Swiss Made. The movement is warrantied by Aaron Faber for 1 year.
