18K yellow gold Patek Philippe, ref. 3445, made circa 1970’s, is a rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with date. The 35mm case has a screwed-down case back, stepped inclined bezel, and recessed winding crown. The champagne dial features applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial, yellow gold rimmed aperture for the date, and yellow gold baton hands. The movement is caliber 27-460 37 jewels, 18K gold rotor, warrantied by Aaron Faber for 2 years.
